What is this class about?
Mandalas are geometric designs in the shape of a circle, that symbolize the cosmos.
We are going to explore our inner resources for achieving success in the area of life that is the most important for us.
We will answer questions that will help us to understand better what directions to move in.
Benefits of drawing Mandalas:
Enhance focus
Support good sleep
Strengthen the immune system
Reduce discomfort
Mandalas are now also used as a calming tool for healing.
For this class you will need the following:
Paper
Drawing compass
Colour pencils
Black ultra-fine permanent marker
Colour ultra-fine markers (optional)
Highlighters (optional)
No previous experience in drawing/graphics is required. I will guide you step by step and provide you with all the necessary instructions.
